Trunks is the son of Vegeta. During the DBZ branch, there were two versions of Trunks. One, the future Trunks from an alternate timeline, when Vegeta died from the devestation of the Androids. Another was the timeline that occured when Gohan defeated Cell. Along with Goten, Trunks trained with his master (Gohan) and reached SSJ at an early age. He fuses with Goten to become Gotenks.
