A young girl from a rough part of town, Loo
idolised Melaka Fray and often emulated her. Severely affected by the
radiation, Loo was blind in her right eye and was missing her left arm.
In an effort to help her health, Mel would 'appropriate' medicine for
her friend, who she treated like a little sister. When Mel arrived home
from a mission, she found Loo dead, apparently killed by vampires.
Throughout the final battle, Mel came up with a new theory: Loo could
not have been killed by Lurks as the door was locked and they would have
been invited. Turning around, she plunged her axe into the true killer:
