Listed in alphabetical order. Hyperspace jump, planet name, additional information.

Numerical order.

[DT] means the zone contains at least one Death Trap. Where I place more than one [DT] it means I know of more than one. If I do not have a [DT] listed next to a zone does NOT mean that it does not contain a DT. Always exercise caution when exploring.

[W] means Warning. Do not explore zones marked with [W] unless you know what you are doing. [W] either means it has difficult aggressive mobs, a heap of dangerous situations or just plain difficult to get out of.

I will list the exact DT locations once I've cleared with the imms that I may list them in this manner.
