The Process
Now you are an expert in one issue and must share your knowledge with a regional group. Your teacher will tell you which Regional Group is yours. It is important that every person in the regional group understands every issue. Each person must both share and listen. As you explain your issue, remember to focus on issues themselves and how to judge the candidates on these issues. Do not focus on specific candidates yet. Issue A members present their information, Issue B members present, and so forth. Each person will compile his/her own individual issue guide.
