The Process
The Primary Season
The race is just kicking off.
This is where every campaign worker gets his/her feet wet—learns
the ropes, navigates through the maze, etc., before he gets chosen by a
candidate. You have to familiarize
yourself with the issues and find out who the candidates are. Until you accomplish this, you aren’t going
to get hired on a campaign team.
Step
One. Meeting the Candidates -- Rumors had been
swirling about Google’s
retirement for months. Candidates have been preparing for the
spotlight. If
you’re going to hire onto a campaign team, you need to know which
candidates
are posed for a run at the presidency. There are quite a few of them
out there.
Take a look at the field and make a list of 12-15 candidates in the
running.
Compile your
candidate list on this
Candidate
Field organizer..
You must
consult this Resource Page to
find professional
information on the candidate field.
Once this is done, you are ready to
move to Process: Step Two.
You will be instructed when it is time to move to Step Two.
