Standing what he feels like is alone on the bridge, the officer watches the traffic leaving and entering the Lunar city of Von Braun. To him no one else is on the bridge and it is as quiet as an empty room. His rank is admiral and he is Federal officer of old. He doesn't believe in the use of mobile suits but his fleet has some of the Salamis class ships that have the ability to carry mobile suits. Federal Command was only able to make him have the ships and mobile suits in his fleet after they showed him footage of the battle Loum.
He is a man of talent. His talent is commanding ships to victory after victory. He is a man of tactical ability but he is blind to the advances in technology and this shall be his down fall. He nods to himself as he decides on something that only he knows.
"Status reports." asks the admiral as he once again becomes aware of the crew working around.
"Your flagship is operating at peak levels. Our Fuel levels are above what was hoped for this date." answers a tech at a console.
"The Magella and the Mighty are operating at average levels. The Alaska is having troubles with their targeting systems but they report the problem will be fixed in the hour. The other three salamis kai's are operating at peak levels as well." replies a crew member at the communications station.
"Very good. Tell the Alaska that they have a half hour to get those systems fixed." orders the Admiral.
The crew member nods and relays the orders to the Alaska. The admiral then walks over to his seat and sits down. One his face is a look of contentment.

Sitting in the cockpit of his mobile suit Ryan Mithaniel watches a video feed of out side on his main monitor. Being in the mobile suit deck of the Spork he must wait until later to be deployed. But he is content to watch as his Gattle fighters launch. They race away from the fleet as they head for their target. Thanks to sensor jamming by the ships in the fleet the fighters continue on their way unnoticed by the Federation fleet ahead of them.
When the Federation fleet comes into visual range for the fighters the pilots laugh to themselves.
"Look at the Federation Navy's flagship at the front of the fleet all proper and majestic like." laughes one pilot. "Makes are job so much easier."
"Cut the chatter and stick to your targets." orders the fighter wing's commander. "Remember not to fire until you can see the whites of their eyes."
The other pilots acknowledge their orders and continue on their way with out saying another word. As they reach their maximum firing range the Federation ships notice them. As their weapons turn to meet the incoming fighters the distance betweem the fighters and their targets is greatly reduced. Then seconds before their reach their target the fleet's anti-air defenses open fire. Two Gattle are destroyed instantly. Another follows seconds after. Then they release their large missiles on the Birmingham. Missiles explode all over its hull but most of them don't do any real damage but a few do and these are the ones that really matter.
"The Birmingham has lost altitude control. She is droping away from the fleet." observes one of the fighter pilots. "Do we persue her?"
"No. lets pull away and take our positions." replies the Wing Commander.
Then the Zeon fleet flying at full thrust comes into firing range and opens fire with their many mega particle cannons. Alot of the streams miss hitting anything but enough hit the Magella and its bridge disappears. Also its forward most mega particle cannons explode. Then the Zeon ships fire another barrage. These meet more success as they destroy a Salamis Kai and destroy whats remaining of the Magella. Then Zeon ships are through the Federation fleet. They turn as quickly as they can and slow their forward momentum.
Ryan grins as he sees it is time to leave the protective womb of the ship. "Launch all mobile suits and mobile armors!"
The hanger doors on the floor and Ryan is greeted with the welcome sight of space. He jumps through the hole and the blasts towards the nearby Federation Fleet. On his wing a Rick Dom II and two Zaku II Kai's appear. He nods and continues towards the Federation fleet that is still in a state of chaos. His target is a nearby Salamis that hasn't tried to return fire or fired on the fighters.
By now the rest of the Federation ships are opening fire on the Zeon attackers. Ryan also notices a few mobile suits heading towards them.
"Caim you and your group take those mobile suits." orders Ryan as he watches the Salamis he has targeted turn its engines on full and head towards the back of the Federation Fleet.
Then the Val Varo blasts by over him. It fires several missiles and energy blasts into the incoming GM's. They numbers are thined even more. Then it blasts past them taking a few hits to its armor but the beam blasts just reflect off its strong armor. Then it is beyond their range and heading straight towards the Magellan that is now trying to bring its guns to bare on it. It fails do so before the Val Varo fires its large mega particle. The blast hits the battleship dead in the spot that houses its reactor and the ship explodes in a massive fireball.
Ryan then turns his attention to the cruiser that is now within range of his weapons. Ryan fires his assault rifle into one of the ship's mega particle cannons and then fires his missiles into its nose damaging the missiles launchers there. Then finds himself under machinegun fire. He grunts as the rounds bite into his suits armor but he finds himself at the ships bridge with his heat saber in his left hand. He grins and slices through it and then blasts away as the other suits in his team destroy the rest of the ship.

The Gelgoog High Mobility type blasts by a GM while sending an energy blast into its partner. One of the Dom Funf's in his team fires a bazooka round into the GM's chest as it tries to turn and fire on the Gelgoog. It then finds himself in firing path of the Revenge and the enemy's remaining Salamis. He curses and dives away. Above it the two ships blast away at each other. Taking out a few mobile suits as well. The winner of this show of strength is obvious as the Salamis takes more hits at a faster rate than the Musai is. Then its reactor takes a hit and it explodes.
Caim looks around for another target but finds the battle pretty much over. Then he spots the retreating Birmingham. "Sir the Birmingham is heading towards Luna II. It has repaired its altitude control."
"Let it go. We can't catch it before it gets to Luna II and we aren't ready to attack it yet." replies Ryan's voice over the radio. "All mobile suits and fighter back to your ships."
Outcome: Fleet destroyed.
Efreet Custom: 1 day of damage, 12 vp plus promotion to captain
Gelgoog HMT: no damage, 12 vp
Testing of New Weapons
Kevin Dubrow sighs as he finds himself near the base that was lost while he was defending it. He checks his systems and then starts running forwards. He easily spots the base situated at the edge of the ocean. He grins as he spots a single mobile suit leave the base and head towards him. It looks like a Dom but with a wierd attachment on its back and it is moving alot faster then he thought the mobile suits could move. The second it comes into firing range it fires off two rounds from its raketen bazooka. They land short showering the Heavy Gundam with dark colored dirt.
Kevin grins as he bring up his heavy launcher and fires the missiles out of them. Three of them explode behind the fastly advancing mobile suit but one hits its left knee joint and causes the bottom half of the leg to fall to the ground. The suit then does a nose dive into ground and slides for a few hundred meters before coming to a stop. Kevin sighs and fires a shell into the suit's back and is rewarded with a satisfying explosion. He then looks back up towards the base to see a very large mobile armor walking his way. Kevin brings up his heavy launcher to fire its gattling gun at the advancing Big Zam but the huge green mobile armor fires its large mega particle cannon. The shot is wide but the heat from the blasts melts away the heavy launcher and the arm thats holding it. It also causes the armor on the gundam's side to bubble a little.
"Holy crap." curses Kevin as he starts to sweat as the heat in his cockpit increases. "I think this will be a good time for me to leave."
He fires off another shell from his cannon which hits one of the Big Zam's anti-air mega particle gun. He then turns and quickly leaves before the Big Zam can recover and fire back.
Outcome: Belfast Base Remains

Sands of War
Standing alone near her mobile suit Jynx Staff looks across the small mounds that provide some protection and easy ambush points for the base's defenses. Having arrived an hour earlier she was quickly redeployed out here. She was told that a large federation fleet has been detected leaving Jaburo and it headed north. So she nodded to the officer and came out her. She has been standing here ever since. With a sigh she turns and climbs back into her mobile suit and closes its hatch. Back in her Gouf Custom she is overwhelmed by the radio traffic. She quickly switches channels to her battlegroup.
"Status report." asks Jynx as she looks around at her screen seeing that every one is their proper places.
"Welcome back Blue Leader." says a voice over the radio. "Green group is good to go."
"Red Group, Gold Group, Bronze Group, Black Group, Aqua Group, 1st Mobile Infantry, 2nd Mobile Infantry, Recon Wing, Assault Wing reporting." comes the voices of each group's leader.
"Leader this Recon Leader. We have visual on the enemy fleet. It is made up of Pegasus class ships. Two of them though are of a type we have yet to see. We are heading to higher altitude to observe their movements. See you on the other side." says a female voice.
"Acknowledged. Good luck everyone and good hunting." says Jynx as she looks over at her the two other mobile suits with her.
The Gelgoog is in a hole a top the nearest mound to provide covering fire for her mobile suit and the other Gouf Custom. She nods feeling ready for this attack.
"This time let us succeed in protecting the installation." sighs Jynx to herself as she sits back ready to get this battle over with.
A few meters away in another pathway through the mounds stands a pair of Dom Funfs. In the one on the left Chris Troy studies his controls. Being his first time in the advanced suit he is a little nervous but knows he will do just fine. He sits back and nods to himself. Being Blue Leader he gets to be near the center of the expected attack. Which means he is important to their lines. He likes the feel of importance and will do his best not to betray those who trust him.

In the mobile suit deck of the Champion Mike McCarville looks at his nearly upgraded mobile suit. He reaches his mind outwards and finds the new pilot of the G04 and feels his awe at the new blue gundam. Mike frowns and looks around the hanger and sees it in a state of choas. Mike shakes his head and decides to climb into the G05. As the suit starts up around him its monitors come to life and he is greeted by an image of a pilot checking his GM Command before the battle. The frown leaves Mike's face as he watches the pilot go about his work and then stop to joke around with a tech.
Mike feels better as he feels no fear in the man just the feeling of determination to succeed. He then reaches out his mind and finds the same type of mood in all the crew of the ship. Even with the heavy losses in the war none of the pilots feel afraid or that the war is useless. He thinks that they are fighting for their families and their right to survive. He nods and vows to himself that he won't allow these people to fail in their task today. He nods and walks his mobile suit to the launch catapult.
Seconds later he finds himself falling towards the ground with his suit's upgraded thrusters easily slowing the decent. Once on the ground he looks around and sees that all the other ships are launching their mobile suits as well. He is also surprised and the amount of the suits already on the ground. He nods and looks in the direction of the enemy installation they are attacking. He can barely see the small hills that surround the base that tower even over the mobile suits. As he watches energy blasts and missiles erupt from the base.
"The attack has started. Everyone stick to your orders." says Mike as he blasts ahead of everyone except for the Mudrock and its GM partner. "Good to sir you David. This just wouldn't seem right with out you."
"I am just glad I can help Captain." answers David Tomai as his gundam begins to fire off shells into the area between the hills.
All this does is create alot of dust but both pilots know that is a good thing. They charge forwards with grins on their faces and a sense of determination that makes them fearless. The first foe Mike meets are a pair of helicopters. They each fire off a pair of wire guided rockets. Mike easily dodge the weapons and then he fires two energy blasts from his hyper beam rifle. Each energy blast hits a Gunship heli dead center and they both explode.
Then Mike is past their wreakages facing a Gouf Custom. He is surprised and steps backwards but he realizes it isn't the same pilot as before but someone else he has seen in battle before. The female pilot brings up her shield gattling and fires it at the red gundam. Mike easily moves away from the ballistic bullets as they raise more dust around the two fighting mobile suits. Mike curses and fires off blasts from his hyper beam rifle but Jynx who is used to her mobile suit finds the blasts easy to dodge. She continues to fire her gattling shield at the G05 as large explosions erupt at the location of the other Federation suits.
"No they have artillery suits!!" curses Mike as he continues to battle the Gouf Custom and its pilot.

In the Blue Destiny Joseph is told about the incoming attack seconds before it hits the ground. He blasts out of the way only to see the tanks in his mobile suit team explode. He grunts as he sees similar explosions through out the Federation line. Then he looks towards the Federation ships and sees a wall of sand heading straight towards the Zeon base.
"Sandstorm!!" yells Joseph into his headset.
Before anyone can react the sandstorm hits them and anything beyond a 10 meters disappears from sight. Joseph grits his teeth but continues on. He finds his first opponent. He is surprised as he finds himself facing five mobile suits. 2 of them are Gelgoog Marines. All the suits begin to fire their machineguns at the Blue Destiny. Joseph dodges the attacks but finds his mobile suit moving a little slower than it should. Also the wind pushes his suit closer to the Zeon suits. He curses but fires off two rockets into the nearest Zaku. The move catches the pilot by surprise and he dies with the look on his face. As Joseph watches the explosion he brings up his 100 mm machinegun and goes to fire it at the nearest Gelgoog but the weapon doesn't fire.
"Jammed." sighs Joseph as dodges another attack.
The next attack comes and Joseph goes to dodge it as well but finds his suit's right foot not responding. And he falls to the ground. This saves him from the attack but he knows the next one will finish him off. He curses and turns his suit onto its back and fires his ejection system. As he rockets out into the sandstorm he spots the explosion from his suit and grits his teeth as the parachute comes out. It is instantly caught in the wind and is pulled quckly from the battlefield.

The Excalibur continues firing off its mega particle cannons at the base when something hits right launch bay. As the launch bay explodes the bridge crew is thrown to the deck. The captain luckily was sitting in his chair and he wasn't thrown from it.
"Damage report!" yells the captain.
"Right launch bay destroyed. Mobile suit deck on fire." says an officer as he quickly finds the information on his screen. "Sir heat sources heading our way."
"Fire all available weapons at the closest heat source." orders the captain but the orders come too late as several energy blasts hit at different spots on the ship. Then it explodes showering fire and debris through out the area.
Unluck for the nearest heat source though the G05 and the GM Ground Sniper have locked on to it with their long range weapons. They fire as one. And as one their shots hit the Gaw and it is quickly destroyed.

The Gundam and the Pixie find themselves facing Zaku II Js when many missiles fall out of the sky at them. With many explosions around them quickly lose sight of their opponents. But new ones find them when the last of the missiles explode. The Gundam and the Pixie find themselves looking at a Blue Zaku and a Black Zaku. The shrugs and charge. The Gundam fires its beam rifle while the Pixe fires the last shots from its machinegun. None of the shots hit the two Zaku II S. The two experienced pilots blast forward with their heat hawks in hand. Then they cut through the two weapons being fired at them. With out waiting for the two unexperienced pilots to react they bring their heat hawks into the Federation mobile suits' sides.
They don't move through the strong armor quickly but it is a sure kill as the heat shuts down their reactors and brings them out of the fight. They look around but find no more near by federation suits so they head back to the hills.

Mike curses his luck as the Gouf Custom holds his suit's left arm with one hand and his suit's throat with the other. He jerks his controls but the strong Zeon mobile suit holds on strong. He can't even bring his vulcan's to bare with how the Gouf his holding his suit's throat.
"Now watch as we chase you weak force away." says a female voice over the radio.
Mike looks into his rare monitor and spots a Zaku II C standing behind him with a nuclear bazooka. Mike screams no but the suit fires. The nuke heads straight into the Federation frontline and explodes. The blast is huge and even at this distance both the Gundam and the Gouf are knocked from their feet. The Zaku II C shrugs off the blast and remains motionless. Mike now free restarts his systems that he was smart enough to shut off a second before the nuke exploded. When he finds his suit fully restarted he checks his forces and finds most of the mobile suits either destroyed or disabled. Mike curses and then grits his teeth.
"Zeon forces I request a cease fire so I can remove my wounded and dead from the battlefield and then leave this place." asks Mike over an open channel.
"Your request is granted. You have two hours." answers a male voice. "If any of your forces try to attack us during this time we will destroy you all."
"Acknowledged and thank you." replies Mike. "We will be back."
"And we will be ready for you."
Mike nods and orders all remaining forces to pick up the survivors and the dead and then head 300 km south. He sighs and then heads for his flagship leaving the battlefield behind him.

Attack On the Giant
Maya walks on to the bridge of the Executor and finds it in a state of choas. She walks over to the ship's captain who is busy giving orders to those on board. She frowns and feels an angry mood through out the minds of the crew.
"Whats going on?" asks Maya as she takes a seat at an observation station.
"We have detected a high heat source ahead of us then it was drowned out by Minovsky particles." says the captain as he leans back into his seat. "We believe we the Zeon pegasus class ship is heading towards us on a direct course. Thats stupid unless they have an ace still to play. I think it is another ship but I have no idea where it will be coming from."
"So they think they can defeat us." sighs Maya as she looks around the bridge once again. "Lets show them this isn't a ship to take lightly."
"I figured you would say that. And thats what we are doing now."
Maya nods and looks out the front viewport. As she gazes forwards she stretches out her senses as well but due to the crew around she is unable to sense anything beyond the tip of the battleship. She nods and sets back to wait. She only has to wait a few minutes before she spots a small dot straight ahead of the ship. Her eyes narrow and she curses the destruction of her mobile suit a few days before.
"Sir we have visual of the enemy ship. It is the Ragnarok II." says a sensor officer. "They have deployed mobile suits. They are a head of the ship about 500 meters. Deployed in a loose formation."
Maya grins and closes her into a tight fist. "Fire our first volley into the center of that formation. Then fire our next volley at the ship. Aim for its bridge."
The captian nods and Maya watches as the main guns of the battleship spit energy at the mobile suit formation ahead. When they hit the center of the formation, the whole formation disappears behind the explosions. Then the remaining mobile suit appear on the other side of the fireball. All that is remaining of the attackers is the Efreet Custom and the Rick Dom II. But the next shots are aimed at the bridge of the Pegasus.
Being the only one left at the ship to provide the ship with protection just incase a Federation mobile suit got to the ship. He spots the incoming energy blast does the only thing he can. He brings up his shield and blocks the first blast easily enough with his shield but the next one burns it away. He curses but takes the next shot full into his mobile suit. He cries out in pain as his cockpit becomes super hot but then he feels nothing.
In the Efreet Custom Ryan watches the Gelgoog burn away and the remaining energy of the blast takes out the Pegasus bridge. He cries out in rage but is somewhat relieved by the fact that the crew had enough time to get away but he is majorly angered by death of Lance. Then he sweeps all thoughts from his mind as he hears two words.
"Kill them all."
He blasts forwards and fires off his missiles into the first turret of the ship. It explodes and then he is past heading straight towards the ships bridge with death on his mind. He never makes it as the air around him fills with energy. The first shots to hit him destroy his suits legs and then he loses his suit's left arm but before he can receive any more damage a mobile armor grabs his suit and blasts away from the Birmingham class battleship.
Maya watches them disappear into a debris field to their left. She frowns and signals the captain to finish the Ragnarok II. He nods and the remaining weapons fire off a blast into the retreating carrier. It erupts into a massive fireball but within seconds the fireball disappears. Maya frowns as she sees life boats blasting away.
"Lets leave the area." sighs Maya.
"Yes Ma'am." he answers. Then he orders the course to be set for the edge of side 7 space.
Maya then stands and leaves the bridge heading towards her quarters.
Outcome: Executor remains
