Evaluation

The students will each write and deliver a speech at a class Egyptology convention. 

Each student is expected to apply knowledge of what an expert archaeologist does to take on the role of archaeologist and make a realistic presentation. 

Their speeches will present findings from a “pretend excavation” which will be based on the knowledge gained of Egyptian mummies and of the experiences archaeologists have had with their discoveries.

A student’s speech at the archaeology convention will be evaluated based on the criteria found on the student evaluation page: (evaluation.htm).
