| About Me Height: 5'6" Softball number: #24 Fav. #7 Position: Outfield Bats/Throw: L/R Mascot: Wilcats My Team My name is Megan Smart and am 18 years old. My major is in athletic training at Louisiana College(which has an CAAHEP accredited AT program). I also represent LC as part of the fastpitch softball team and cross country team. I played ball at Ouachita Christian High School where I was 2004 District MVP, 1st team All-State, All-Star...It was fun. :) At Louisiana College, I play softball, run cross country and help with basketball. I'm also involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and help out with "Mission Friends" (4&5 yr. olds). Those things pretty much take up all my time...I'm either in class, clinical hours, softball, basketball, FCA, cross country(in the fall), sleeping, eating or checking my e-mail & catching up on softball news & scores(I have to have some time to "chill" or I don't get anything else done-so that is what I am doing now) + I make time to spend with friends and with God (God is awesome! Best friend!). Actually, it's the sleep apart that I've been cutting out of lately...Hmm...oh well.... I'll live. Random things: Blue=Fav. color, 3.94 GPA 1st semester, least fav class psychology, favorite class either AT orientation or Kinesiology, one sister, two brothers, never even went to a cross country meet before this year when running in them in college(SB coach put me on the CC team after I ran the mile & 1/2 too quickly...10:04...crazy freshman), favorite college team depends-Arizona, Stanford and UCLA (no, nothing to do with Mendoza, Freed & Champion...lol..ok. yeah) I always pull for those teams-other wise I pull for certain players...I am partial to outfielders and lefties. LSU & ULL -if they aren't playing those teams just b/c they are LA schools. Christina Enea, Cammie Kieter, Linsey James, Vicki Galindo are a few who are not on my fav teams. On my fav teams...Autumn Champion, Lisa Dodd & Catalina Morris are tops Here are some pictures of the 2004 LA College Cross Country Team(I'm the one in the very middle...the one with the softball/sliding shorts tan lines...yes, everyone thought it was hilarious...those were the shortest shorts I've ever worn in my life). |
