3. Quality online education
4. E-book
5. Portfolio

Online learning  has currently increased its popularity more and more. How  online learning become practical and meet the needs of the learners depend on a framework for the design and evaluation. Doll (2004) provides "TIME "as the framework for process of evaluation. This "time frame work includes"
               T = Task
                I = Information modelling
              M = Manipualtion
               E = Visual ergonomics

Different modes of learning is another issue of class discussion. According to Duggleby (2000) There are four modes of delivering learning: face to face, open learning, traditional distance education and online learning.

Laurenzo & Moore (2002) states that the growth of asynchronous learning networks (ALN) is best represented by rapidly evolving and now commonplace, practice of employing web-based tools and content for both traditional, face to face and distance education courses  at all level of education institution. Therefore Sloan-C's five pillars are a framework for measuring and improving an online program within any institution. Quality in online education is often thought to mean "learning effectiveness," and thatis certainly one element, and it is one of the pillars. However, learning effectiveness has greater ,eaning when it is combined within a framework that encompasses all five pillars: learning effctive, student satisfaction, cost effectiveness and access.

In terms of advantages and disadvantages between face to face learning and online learning, our group comes up with this ideas

Advatages                         Disadvantages
           - interaction                     - overloaded information
           - communication              - a little interaction
           - Immediate feedback       - notcatering to different learners

By the end of the class Siva introduced anvery interesting  website to us http://www.e-learning.co.uk, this website is really great for e-learning because the feature, the content and activities can attract the learners.
