In order to make education successful, effective learning management is required. In the core of learning management, selecting a platform with the right connectons is the important maater of the mangement. The platform is the essential part of elearning ot connects employees as learners to the content they need, training administrators to overall organization goals and it connects improved productivity to organization performance. In another word, the platform has its connection bettween employees and administrators. Human computer interaction is intoduced to make effective learning. Because HCI focuses in usability and become routinely used to describe a quality of information technology that must be taken seriously in design.
