The Real Aces and Kings
I made up this trick.  Unlike the other poker hand on this site, you show the spectator his cards before you give it to him.

Effect - The spectator chooses a place to cut the deck.  You cut the deck and the top 4 cards are the aces.  You show the spectator the aces and then deal them to him. You cut the deck again and deal yourself the top 4 cards.  You each look at your hands and you have the 4 aces and the spectator has the 4 kings.

Method - Before you do the trick, place the 4 kings on the top of the deck.  Then place the 4 aces on top of that.  You are now ready to preform.  Fan through the cards and tell the spectator to say stop when ever he wants.  Preform my version of the fake cut (click here for instructions).  Say "look where you chose to cut it", and show the spectator the top 4 cards.  They will be the aces.  Put them back on top of the deck, except push them about half an inch down.  Deal the next 4 cards (which are the kings) to the spectator making sure that they don't see the faces of the cards.  While doing this say "I am going to deal you the 4 aces."  Do not hesitate when saying this.  Ask the spectator to say stop when you fan through the cards.  Do the fake cut again and say "I am now going to deal the top 4 cards to myself."  Deal the top 4 cards (which are the aces) to yourself.  Tell the spectator to give the cards in his hand a shake while you do it.  Now tell him to turn over his cards.  He has the 4 kings and you have the 4 aces.
Two Card Monte
This trick requires no preperation and can be done with a borrowed deck.  This is a cool game that you always win.  Most versions of this trick use gimmicks, but my version does not, all the cards can be examined,

Effect - You take two random cards out of the deck.  You turn one face up and the other face down.  You put the face up one in your pocket.  You ask the spectator which card you are holding in you hand.  He says the card that was face down, but you pull that card out of your pocket.  You repeat this a couple time and no matter what the spectator thinks is the upside down card, he is always wrong.

Method - Have the spectator shuffle the deck.  Ask him to pick any two cards and tell them to you.  Say the first card aloud until you find it.  Then pick up that card and set it down on the table.  Look for the second card, but this time, pick up that card and the card behind it and make it look like one.  Show the card to the spectator and turn it facedown in your left hand.  Take the card you put on the table and put it face up on top of the other two cards.  Leave a 1 inch space (figure 4).  Turn the two cards over and over in your hand to show the spectator that they are the two cards they chose.  With the two cards face down, slide the bottom one over towards the top card.  When the two are lined up, pull them apart from the remaining card making sure it looks like one card.  Say "I am going to put this card in my pocket."  Put the card in your pocket.  Ask them what they think the upside down card is.  They should say one of the cards in your pocket.  For example, if the two cards were the queen of spades and the jack of hearts, and they saw you put the queen of spades in your pocket, they are going to say the jack of hearts is face down.  With the hand still in your pocket, turn around the cards in your pocket so that the card they said is facing up.  Take out the cards and say something like " I put the jack of hearts in my pocket, weren't you watching?"  Heres the hard part.  Take the face down card in your left hand and push it in between the two cards in your right hand.  Square up the cards and then pull the top card back an inch like it was before.  Now repeat all the steps about putting a card in your pocket, except you alternate the card that you put in your pocket.  The third time you do this, you take the top card and the extra card the spectator doesn't know about and put it in your pocket.  Ask "are you catching on to this yet?"  Ask them what card is face down.  If they say the card that you put in your pocket, bring out that card alone and show it to the spectator.  If they say the card that really is face down, say "hey you do have the hang of it now".  Either card they say,  hand the two cards out for examination.  This trick requires a lot of practise and skill to make the two cards seem like one card 100% of the time.

The Amazing Cut
This trick uses a version of the fake cut and is one of the easier advanced tricks to preform.  Just because of this, it doesn't mean that the trick isn't as impressive as the other advanced tricks.

Effect - The spectator chooses a value of a card.  Based on what value they say, you count off that many cards.  You cut the deck to the value card they chose and then the spectator cuts to the value of the card.

Method - Put the cards in order from the top of the deck, 2 jokers (or any other card), 2 aces, 2 twos, 2 threes, and so on until you go through the kings.  Right before you do the trick, cut the deck and put your pinky in between the two halves.  Squeeze the front of the deck together, so that you can't see the break in the cards.  In front of the audience, reverse the cut.  Ask them to pick a value of a card (such as a king, or a three) and to tell you what it is.  Now say "I am going to double the value (an ace is 1, a jack is 11, a queen is 12, and a king is 13) and count off that many cards from the top of the deck".  Push cards one at a time until you reach that number, and put those cards on the bottom of the deck.  Distract them by saying that you are going to attempt to cut to the value of the card that they said.  While you are saying this, quickly set up a fake cut like you did in the beggining.  Reverse the cut, and the top card is the value of the card that they said.  Put this to the side.
The tricky part is to get them to cut to the card.  Have them cut the deck in half.  Quickly, without drawing attention to it, put the bottom half on top of the top half and criss-cross the halves.  Now say "Let's see what you cut to" and take the top half off of the bottom half and turn up the top card.  It will be the value that they said.
If they chose a 10 in the beggining, you would count off 20 cards from the top and you both would cut to different 10's
