Deposit's

DEPOSITS:
1) Deposit can be submitted at any time, including prior to birth. Watch website closely for announcments, get on our waiting list, or call or contact us for the latest. If you're not on a list, we can't contact you;

2) Deposit amounts will be no less than One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00) U.S. And sorry, absolutely NO REFUNDS are given on deposits;

3) Deposit's can be submitted one of three (3) ways:
       a) Cash;
       b) Money Order; or
       c) Cashier's Check (ask who to make it out to)
               (no personal checks are accepted - sorry);

4) All deposits will be credited toward final cost of animal(s) or puppy, excluding shipping, delivery, boarding, insurance or other item that is or would be in addition to the base cost of said animal(s) or puppy;

5) ONLY When your deposit is RECEIVED, the available animal or puppy of your choice will be held for you. Either comment in your letter or e-mail to us which animal you want, or call and secure your choice;

6) Animal or puppy WILL NOT under any circumstances, be held for you until the deposit is in our hands. This means that if you state that the deposit is "in the mail", and someone else physically comes and visits and puts a deposit down on your preferred, or "chosen" puppy or animal before we receive your deposit, then the person who came to visit gets the animal and your deposit will be refunded, unless you request us to apply your deposit to another puppy, if available. If no puppy is available, your deposit will be returned immediately;

7) Prior to delivery of animal or puppy to the new family, ALL costs associated with the purchase must be satisfied (i.e. cost of animal or puppy, shipping, delivery, boarding fees, vet bills (if any), insurance (if any), certificate of health (if needed for air travel, etc). This means animal or puppy will be completely paid for (paid off) prior to delivery to new family/owners, plus any unforseen expenses during travel or delivery process, if any;

8) Pay-off of animal or puppy in full must occur no more than the third (3rd) business day after posted/noted "ready date". Animal or puppy can be paid off at any time prior to ready-date as well, so to avoid 3-day cut off deadline;

9) If 3-day pay-off deadline in Item #8 above is not met, your animal or puppy, plus any monies paid toward said animal will be forfeited and said animal will be put back up for sale to the next available buyer.

Out of Country Purchases or Shipments - Sales and deposits to foreign countries have different requirements and will be handled on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to set deposit amount(s) at any amount for
any litter and can change without notice or publication herewith***

Waiting List (Free):
In the event a potential buyer does not place a deposit against an animal, which is not recommended if you truly are in the market for an animal, then these people can be placed on a free waiting list with date and time of potential buyers request noted on Waiting List. Once people who have made deposits have made their animal selection(s), only then will buyers from the non-deposit free waiting list be notified that there are remaining pups from the litter to choose from. All patrons on list(s) will be notifed of any cancellations or deposit withdrawals.

Just Contact Us with your Name, Address, Phone, Cell Phone, etc. and tell us you want to be put on the list. We don't publish or sell any private information.

Breeder Reservations:
***We reserve the right to exclude any puppy from sale for any reason and maintain a constant 1st pick status on all litters, in order to refresh our Sire's or Dam's. Prices, terms, conditions of sale, contract and guarantee's are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice, and may or may not be posted herewith. If pup is to be witheld from sale, you will be notified which one is off market.
