Sunnyvale has many great Eichlers from the earliest models to the latest models.  There are 6 pages of maps including this first one which gives an idea where all the neighborhoods are located.  Every map except this one is a satellite map.  This map looked too cluttered as a satellite map and it was too far out to see the neighborhoods based on the color of the roofs, which is easy for all the more detailed maps.  Click "next" above to see the tracts in detail.  Thanks to Google for the maps.

The above map shows the locations of 10 Eichler neighborhoods in Sunnyvale, the approximate year the houses wer built and the number of houses I counted in each tract..  Sunnyvale has a lot of Eichler tracts and many different models to choose from.

#11 is not shown with a blue number on the map above, but it is located south of Remington and west of Mary, just west of #4.

The tracts are numbered in the order I found them in the satellite photos.

I owe the credit of most of this information to the
Eichler City website.  I have read many places that there are about 1100 Eichlers in Sunnyvale, and I count only 1036 among my satellite pictures.  Maybe there is a group I am missing?
