This is a small group of homes late in Eichler's building period, 1971, called "Fairwood Addition".  It is not far from the Fairwood tract, east of Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road and South of Fremont Avenue.  20 houses are in this group.

The tract below is west of Mary, and south of Remington and is known as "Rancho Verde Addition built in 1962.  I originally had this area as part of the Fairbrae tract, it actually touches the Fairbrae tract which is right across Mary to the east.  I looked closer at the satellite photos and noticed something that surprised me, clearly this tract contains double-peaked atriums, while Fairbrae appears to have only flat-roofed atriums.  I drove this neighborhood recently and noticed that not only are they double-peaked, but they look like Jones and Emmons atriums as opposed to the Claude Oakland atriums I see all over in Sunnyvale.  Some of the houses in this group look just like the Anshen and Allen model E-111 too, so this might be a "mixed" tract.  I count 40 houses in this unique neighborhood.
