This tract of 35 houses is in the southwest corner of Sunnyvale close to where 85 crosses 280 and at the end of Mary Avenue.  These houses are late model double-peaked atriums and sideways double-peaked atriums and look large and pricey, although I haven't seen one for sale this year.

The tract below is very near the tract Laurentian tract above, being just the other side of Homestead and a little west, but it is obviously a different style of Eichlers.  These are older, I'd guess more like late 50s-early 60s and have flat roofs.  I count 56 of them.  Notice the 4 cul de sacs off of Edmonton, they are interesting and probably were the builder's attempt at making a neighborhood where there wouldn't be a lot of cars zooming by the driveway.  This area of Sunnyvale is also interesting to me because many of the steet names are places in the northwest.  In this photo is Helena (Montana) and Edmonton (Alberta) also in the area are streets called Cascade (mountain range in the NW), The Dalles (Oregon), Havre (Montana), Coeur D'Alene (Idaho), Corvallis (Oregon) Chehalis (Washington) all familiar names from my years living in Seattle.
