| Below is a late Claude Oakland from '68-'70 and is a tract of 35 houses just south of the Fairbrae tract. When I was driving in this neighborhood, I stopped by a couple taking out the trash and talked Eichlers with them for nearly an hour. They showed me the inside of their house too, it was a double arched roof atrium model. According to them there is only 1 3 BR/2 BA model in this tract. The rest are 4/2 and 1 5/3. Maybe that day influenced my opinion, but I think this is the nicest group of Eichlers in Sunnyvale. The neighborhood is imaculate and the houses all look original and perfect. It is located south of Fremont Ave, and east of Mary. This is a group of houses that aren't easily seen from the large streets. To get there, Get on Fremont Avenue, turn south on Nelson then left on Allison Way. |
