Below is the Faribrae tract.  This is the biggest group of Eichlers in Sunnyvale.  I count 210 Eichlers west of Hollenbeck and 275 east of Hollenbeck for a total of 485 Eichlers in this tract  They are all Anshen and Allen models built between 1957 and 1961.  Many of these have an atrium which appears as a hole in the house from the arial photo.  Almost every one of these houses is very nicely kept and it looks like there are a lot of real Eichler lovers in this group, as there are very few unsightly additions.  The area is roughly bordered by Mary Avenue, Remington Drive, Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road, and Fremont Avenue.

Below is a tract which according to Eichler City is called Fairwood.  This is probably the 2nd largest group of Eichlers in Sunnyvale.  230 homes are in this tract built in 1961 and 1962.  From the photo it is clear that many had atriums.  An interesting trait of many houses in this neighborhood is the "wall of bricks" fronting about 20% of the houses in this tract.  I don't see that "wall of bricks" too often in Sunnyvale houses, it is unique and attractive.
