| Sunnyvale has Eichlers from the earliest models to the latest models. The first architect-designed Eichlers appear to be in the tract below, called Sunnyvale Manor Addition. These are 3 BR/1 BA models which are just over 1000 sq ft. They have flat roofs and backsides full of glass. |

| Pictured above is a later group of Eichlers on Lorne Way and East Homstead Road just west of Lawrence Expressway. Notice how easy it is to pick out these Eichler houses from the neighboring houses. The Eichlers appear white because of their flat roofs. These are Claude Oakland models most are 4 BR/2 BA, some are double-peaked atrium models. I go bananas for the double-peaked atrium model. |
