Hotohori
Hotohori, just like Tamahome he is a member of the Suzaku Seishi as guardians to their miko, Miaka. He has a kind and serious personality because his father left him at a very young age and his mother shortly after leaving him as ruler at a young age and though he doesn't show it he was very lonely before he met Miaka and the Seishi.He has a very egotistic personality he considers himself very beautiful and is often mistaken for a woman, and stares at himself in the mirror constantly. He develops feelings for Miaka as well which causes a love triangle between him and Tamahome, however Miaka doesn't share his feelings and only cares for Tamahome in that way. Causing conflict between the characters. He has the ability to use his sword exceptionally well and is considered to have great courage.
