| Hello... finally some updates. I've added a couple of items to the News section regarding two of Olivier's movies to be released on DVD in the near future and some current gossip concerning his romance with Mira Sorvino (if that interests you).
I'm in the process of adding a few links to interviews and small articles, so check back soon. I have added a forum, a message board where you can talk about Olivier's life, career, and whatever else interests you. The URL is: http://pub4.ezboard.com/bolivierolivier. It's pretty much empty for now... feel free to post. To do so, you'll need to become a member of the message board; simply click on the link above, and then click on the "register" link... it doesn't take long and is absolutely free. | ||||||

| I've been meaning to update the website for quite a while, but haven't gotten around to it -- sorry about that. I'm in a bit of a hurry, so expect more updates later on today; this is what I've done so far:

Added a link to an article/short interview in the Boston Herald where Olivier talks about how he got his role in Unfaithful and why he dates actresses, as well as his upcoming role in The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone. I also added another article in a similar vein, this time from Prevue Magazine. Added 3 new pictures from the Unfaithful premiere in Spain: 1 / 2 / 3 Added link to an Unfaithful interview at Tribute.ca. | Added info concerning Olivier's next project (a movie-adaption of the television series S.W.A.T.). He plays the leader of a drug cartel! I can imagine him doing the whole hair-slicked-back, latin-lover routine. Anyway, there is an article (in French) with more details here. I've also translated the article, if that interests you.
Added mention of S.W.A.T. to OM's filmography and biography. I forgot to include a link to the aforementioned S.W.A.T. article in the Media section... I fixed that. | ||||||

| Thanks to Juliet for letting me know about the Yahoo! Audio Interview that you can find here. Olivier talks about his role in Unfaithful, his experience in the US and how he goes about choosing his roles. It's in French, so I might try to translate it if I have time.
Ooh! I just found some nice pictures over at WireImage.com. Just go to www.wireimage.com and do a search on Olivier Martinez to see them. They're quite small, and you can't get larger pictures without being a member, I think, but you get a chance to see OM's vintage jaguar and his doggy, too, so.... | ||||||

By the way, if you go to the site, put your mouse over "Navigation" and then go to the "Représentation" page (the site is in French) and click on Interview 2, you can watch a video of Olivier discussing Semana Santa.

| Translated more of the L'Uomo Vogue article.
Added a link to another Unfaithful video interview; the interview is in English, but unfortunately, it's dubbed in German. Still, you get to hear snippets of Olivier here and there. It's about 5 minutes long, and Olivier, in my opinion, looks pretty darned good, so it's worth it! I made a few screen caps of the interview, if you're interested. I've just translated the Vincent Martinez interview (Vincent is Olivier's brother), where he talks about his father. Added info. on the release date of Unfaithful on DVD and video, as well as when the Showtime movie The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone might be airing, to the News section... I still don't know the exact dates, but have heard anything from this October to next January.... Added a link to yet another video interview for Unfaithful, this time at Hollywood.com. | ||||||

Added no-frames version of page. Added short, strangely humorous "interview" from what may be Olivier's official website. Translated part of the L'Uomo Vogue interview. Added short Unfaithful interview. Added short "article" with the director of Unfaithful talking about Olivier. I was finally able to see that Olivier video interview*! This is my first time seeing him in that kind of setting. It was actually a clip of a press conference given in France, and was rather short. Still, it was nice to see how the "real" Olivier talks and gestures. It's in French, and I've translated it and made a couple of screen captures... go here to check it out. Added The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone page with short synopsis, one picture, and a couple of links. * Click on "Bande Annonce" once you get on the page; this will open up the site's media player. Then click on the link that says "Interview : R. Gere, D. Lane, A. Lyne, O. Martinez (04/06/02)". Once there, you can either listen to all of the available interviews, or skip directly to the Olivier one by clicking on the drop box that says "accès direct aux sujets" and selecting "Olivier Martinez: Un Français au casting". You can even save the interviews (I don't think you can save Olivier's portion all by itself) by right clicking on the media player and selecting "Save As...". | ||||||
