[I'm assuming from his answer that Olivier has been asked if the fact that his character is French has anything to do with his not feeling guilty about sleeping with a married woman.]

English:

I think my character doesn't feel guilty because he's at a point in his life where he feels free. He's unaware of a lot of things, he has no worries, he's a little immature, basically. And that's why he doesn't feel guilty. It's because he doesn't really realize what he's doing. There's an unawareness there that gives him a certain freedom. I think it's because... um... he doesn't really understand what's going on [laughs], more than because he's French.

Je crois que mon personnage n'a pas de culpabilit�, parce que c'est un moment de sa vie o� il est libre. Il est inconscient, il est insoucient, il est un peu immature, quoi. Donc c'est pour �a qu'il n'a pas de culpabilit�. C'est parce qu'il ne se rend pas compte vraiment de ce qu'il fait. Il y a une inconscience qui lui donne une libert�. Je crois que c'est pour �a que... euh... il ne comprend pas trop ce qui se passe, quoi [rire], plus que parce qu'il est fran�ais.
