Coláiste De La Salle School Sport

Students are encouraged to participate in sport and the facilities available include playing fields, a basketball/tennis court and table tennis.

Hurling and football are the major games played in the College. Many Cork players including Colman Corrigan (double All Star Football Winner) and Ger Manley (former Cork Senior Hurler) have figured on successful title winning colleges teams.

Athletics is the other major sporting activity in the school. The school cross country runners have competed in the All Ireland De La Salle competition in Dublin and the Munster Colleges competition, taking medals in both.

Basketball, Golf & Soccer are some of the other sports taken up by student in the school.
