Strategy Implementation
The Implementation Strategy is based on a modified version of the Delta Model.  This strategy was chosen because it considers the internal and external environment.  After carefully reviewing Carnival�s strengths and weakness, we believe Carnival to date has effectively achieved excellent customer solutions and a best product position through their product offering selection and their low-cost options.

With the purchase of the Princess Cruise Lines and short-term and long-term strategic management initiatives, we believe Carnival can compete most successfully in the System Lock-In position.
