• Promote Merlyn's Rainbow: Lupus Walk for a Cure with an article in your company newsletter
  
  
• Distribute registration forms to all employees accompanied by an inter-office memo. Be sure to include the Merlyn's Rainbow: Lupus Walk for a Cure website address so they can register online.
  
  
• Display event posters & registration forms in lunchrooms, lobbies or elevators
  
  
• Ask your payroll department if you can insert a registration form or event flier with paychecks
  
  
• Encourage team members to collect donations by offering prizes to top fundraisers
  
  
• Produce your own team T-shirt to wear at the event. This is a great way to create awareness about your company's concern for Lupus patients and survivors. Personalized T-shirts (as well as other promotional items) can be ordered from LaVerne Cox in marketing. If you want to have T-shirts with your team's names and/or colors, you will have to send a check or money order for $10 to cover all setup costs. After your team captain registers, send a copy of their registration receipt along with the team registration payment to: Philadelphia Church of Universal Brotherhood, Inc./Merlyn's Rainbow: Lupus Walk for a Cure, P.O.
