Your $20 registration fee includes a Lupus Walk for a Cure T-shirt and goodie bag. All participants who register before August 7th will receive a  Lupus Walk packet in the mail or via e-mail that includes a welcome letter, a pledge form, collection envelope, fundraising tips and participant ID number.

If you have five or more members walking, consider organizing a team. Each team will have the option of customizing their t-shirts to show support for our cause. To create a team, register online or by mail. There is a one-time team registration fee of $10 payable to Philadelphia Church to cover printing plate charges for your custom t-shirts. Individual registration fees are still applicable to all members.

Registration on September 11th is $25 for each individual. Team Registration fee remains the same.

If you register after August 7th, you can pick up your Lupus Walk packet information online or by calling the Registration Office at 718-773-4808. After August 7th, you are no longer guaranteed a T-shirt if you're walking, and custom T-shirts for teams are no longer available as an option.

Online registration will be available through September 1st.

After that date, on-site registration will be available in front of the Philadelphia Church of Universal Brotherhood, on September 11th beginning at 8:00 am.
