It offers business opportunity to earn US dollars as a lifetime income without going abroad. Balbon's office is located at K of C building, Gallares St., Tagbilaran City.

They were "kindred souls," "best of friends." Yasemin Tayfur is a beautiful Turkish who is Ruth's friend. The two became friends for almost four years and exchanged notes about each other cultures, traditions, people and the land. When Ruth passed away, Leo, Ruth's brother sent her e-mail informing Ruth's death. But because internet isn't perfect, she replied to the sad news but Leo didn't get it. To share her grief to the family, she sent a long letter dated Jan. 25, 2002.
