For eight hundred years have I trained Jedi. My own counsel will I keep on who is to be trained! A Jedi must have the deepest commitment, the most serious mind. This one a long time have I watched. I want that ship, not excuses. LUKE SKYWALKER: And I�ll return, I promise. OBI-WAN: That boy was our last hope. YODA: No. There is another! DARTH VADER: The force is with you young Skywalker, but you are not a Jedi yet. DARTH VADER: Calrissian! DARTH VADER: I am altering the deal. Pray I don't alter it any further. PRINCESS LEIA: I love you. HAN SOLO: I know. DARTH VADER: Obi-wan has taught you well. DARTH: If you only knew the power of the dark side. Obi-wan never told you what happened to your father. LUKE SKYWALKER: He told me enough! He told me you killed him. DARTH VADER: No. I am your father. |
