Section 4. Chapter funds for attendance and participation at off-campus functions shall be available to all members in good standing provided that:
a. The member shall have been inducted into the chapter in accordance with the induction rules as set for th by International Headquarters.
b. The member shall be actively participating as and Enhanced Member, in accordance with the current enhanced member criteria in effect for the semester in which the funds are to be used.
c. If the member has not had enough time to fulfill enhanced membership criteria, then the member will pay his/her own way at the event.   Once the member has met the enhanced membership criteria he/she will be reimbursed an amount to be determined prior to the attendance at the event.
d. If the member has achieved membership in the semester immediately preceding the off-campus event and time has not allowed for fulfillment of enhanced membership in the semester of the event  attended, the member will be allowed funds for the event at the discretion of the board and one advisor.
e. If a member accepts funds for an off-campus event and does not actively participate at the event, it will be at the discretion of the board and advisors as to  whether the funds accepted by the member should be reimbursed to the chapter by that member.
f. Any current chapter officer who meets the criteria for enhanced membership should also meet the criteria for performance of his/her job description, in order to be eligible for off-campus even chapter funding.
g. It is at the discretion of the officers and advisors to extend camus funds for off-campus event to any chapter members who have graduated and are alumni enhanced members, or to other persons, as voted on by the chapter membership.
