Section 4. Nominations from the floor can be made at the meeting the month prior to the month election.

Section 5. Plurality of the votes cast will determine the new officer.

Section 6. When an officer must resign his or her office, an election shall be held to elect a new officer. Nominations shall be made from the floor and will be made at the first meeting following the resignation of the officer. The electioin may be held at this time. Plurality of votes cast will determine the new officer. The President shall have the power to make temporary appointments at his/her discretion until an election can be held.

Section 7. Impeachment of an Officer.

Section 1.
If an officer fails to fulfill the duties of his or her office, then that Officer may be removed as follows:
a. A special meeting of the society must be held  to discuss the problem.
b. The officer subject to impeachment must be notified of the special meeting and invited to attend.
c. A vote of three-fourths (3/4) of those present at the special meeting is sufficient to remove an officer.

Article 8. Meetings.

Section 1.
All business meetings will follow this general agenda:

Order of Business
a. Call to order.
b. Roll call.
c. Reading of the minutes.
d. Committee reports.
e. Old business.
f. New buisness.
g. Announcements.
h. Adjournment.

Secton 3. Quorum--For purposes of voting on the buisness of the chapter, a   quorum is defined as: 1) the President or  Vice President of Leadership or another  officer designated to act on the  President's behalf, AND 2) at least three other officers of the society. A q uorum is required for election of officers, impeachment of officers, and approval of expenditures exceeding $40.00.
