| d. Direct publicity to improve chapter visibility on the campus and in the community. Section 7. The duties of the Vice President of Service Projects shall be: a. Coordinate service projects for the chapter. b. Keep records of service projects undertaken throughout the term of office. c. Evaluate and make recommendations about the continuance of tradtional service projects and the development of new service projects. d. Coordinate the calling tree. Section 8. The duties of the Vice President of Fundraising shall be: a. Coordinate all fundraising projects for the chapter. b. Keep records of fundraising projects undertaken throughout the term of office. c. Evaluate and make recommendations about the continuance of traditional fundraising projects and the development of new fundraising projects. Section 9. The duties of the Vice President At Large shall be: a. Monitor the process of the chapter toward fulfillment of the chapter's goals within the Five-Star Chapter Development Program. b. Advice the chapter officers periodically as to the progrss of the chapter toward its Hallmark goals. c. Maintain an information file of scholarship opportunities and communicate the opportunities regularly to the membership. d. Coordinate the writing and submission of reports and award material related to the chapter's participation in the Hallmark awards program. e. Direct the production of a chapter scrapbook. f. Assist other officers as needed. Article 6. Election of Officers. Section 1. All candidates for office must be members of Phi Theta Kappa, in good standing. Section 2. Election must be held at the meeting preceding the last meeting during the spring sememster of each year. Section 3. Officers shall hold office from the time of thier inauguration, which shall be at the first meeting following the election, to the time of the next |
