of the society who terminated the active membership in good standing, with a minimum of one year's enrollment at the two-year college. Alumni members shall be entitled to all privileges of full members except the right to vote or hold office.

d.
Honorary Member. Honorary membership may be granted in this chapter to those who have rendered distinguished service. Honorary members may not vote or hold office.

e.
Enhanced Member. Enhanced membership may be  granted to certain members, based on the accumulation of a specific number of points or credits earned through active participation in the chapter's eventss. All details concerning Enhanced Membership program are to be determined by the current officer board.

f.
Transfer of Membership. Each candidate for transfer of membership must have maintained a GPA of at least 3.0 with the chapter they are transferring from, and may not be on academic probation with the college they are transferring from.

g.
Transfer Credits. Transfer credits from other institutions will not be considered for New Membership eligibility. Any transfer student who is not currently in good standing with Phi Theta Kappa must meet the eligibility requirements of Article 3, Section 1a.

Article 4. Chapter  Advisor.

Section 1.
The chapter advisor shall be chosen from the faculty or staff by the college's administration. One or more co-advisors may be chosen from the faculty  and staff by the chapter advisor, with the approval of the college's administration.

Section 2. The chapter advisor shall be responsible for the guidance of chapter activities and shall act on behalf of the national Phi Theta Kappa society and official college administration.

Section 3. The chapter advisor shall oversee the completion of the annual report, membership report forms, and membership profile forms required by the national Phi Theta Kappa society.

Section 4. The chapter advisor shall not be voting member of the chapter.

Article 5. Officers.

Section 1.
All officers must be members, in good standing, of Phi Theta Kappa. Officers must have a cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 3.0, and must be
