Quite the gain in the past few months.  I do know that while I was doing my BFL Challenge, I was very solid, and the weight gain/fat gain has come since then.  From mid-October on.  It's pretty sad, since I was working so hard.  Oh well, time to start over.

* I started measuring my bust in 3 ways.  The U/L stands for Upper and Lower.  I measure under my arm pit for the upper chest and for the lower chest, I measure my rib cage directly under my breasts. 
I found out that the actual measurement for the ABS is at the belly button.  I had always measured 2" below that, at the widest part, so now I have included both measurements.

One year later - I've been so tired of nothing happening... I was working out so hard, with no results, so with me being so frustrated, I wasn't eating as clean as I should have been.  Though, in the months up until May of 2001, I was eating clean and did manage to get to 154, but that didn't last long.  4 weeks ago, I change my workouts and my nutrition (though I am still low carb, just a bit higher and lower fat) and it looks like something is finally clicking again.
