STEP 2
Once all the hull
side, cabin sides, ribs and roof are on the "shell" is virtually complete.
this picture below shows a shell complete and a worker grinding out any
rough edges. If a customer was just requiring a "shell" then this would be
complete, but if the customer required anything more then the shell would be
transferred to the separate fitting out workshop.

STEP 3
The next step after the boat has been transferred from the welding
fabrication workshop to the joinery workshop will be to spray foam the shell
to ensure insulation. This is what it will look like when the spray foam is
complete. The boat will also need to be battened out, this means that
concrete flags will need to be laid out on the base of the hull to insure
the weight of the boat is distributed evenly.

STEP 4
This
is the workshop were all wooden appliances are made then fitted into the
boats by professional joiners.

STEP 5
This picture below shows joiner's fitting the flooring, cupboards,
kitchen, hull sides etc. as you can see this boat has already been spray
foamed and central heating fitted.
