Hull Only: Hull with windows apertures and door opening, water and fuel tanks, gas locker, engine beds, deck fittings etc. 

Extras list for shells

 

Sail Away:  Same as "Hull Only" but fitted with ballast, windows, doors and engine.
Sail Away Lined: Same as "Sail away" but with cabin area lined out.
Fully fit: (Interior Specs for Standard fittings) Custom designed interior layout, exterior paintwork in two colours.

Sail Away Specification

The sail away is sold as a waterproof shell fitted with ballast and engine. this enables the owner to use the boat as a "Camper" whilst fitting out the interior.

The Sail Away consists of:

Ballast : Adequate ballast is installed into a bitumen prepared base.
Floor:    Treated wooden floor is fitted within the cabin area.
Windows: Gold anodized windows or portholes fitted to your specification
Door:   
Traditional craft :
Twin steel doors to the rear and sliding hatch. Front doors are hardwood, glazed or steel to your requirements
 Cruiser Craft :
 Hardwood doors are installed to both front and rear, glazed to the front or steel to your requirements
Engine: Isuzu engine and matched gearbox Installed with standard instrumentation and controls.
Electrics: Single 12 volt battery supplied for starting the engine.
Paint: Hull finished in one cote red oxide primer. Hull is blacked, not base.

 

Sail Away Lined Specification

The Sail away Lined is sold as a waterproof shell fitted with ballast and engine. The interior is lined-out. This enables the owner to   use the boat as a "Camper" whilst fitting out the interior.

The Sail Away Lined consists of:

Ballast Base: Adequate ballast is installed into bitumen prepared base
Floor: Treated wooden floor is fitted within the cabin area.
Insulated  Spray foam insulation to all sides and roof as standard
Cladding: We offer a choice of tongue & groove cladding or veneered ply to the walls and roof, within the cabin.
Windows: Gold anodized windows or portholes fitted to your specification
Door:
Traditional craft :
Twin steel doors to the rear and sliding hatch. Front doors are hardwood, glazed or steel to your requirements.
Engine: Isuzu engine and matched gearbox
Electrics: Single 12 volt battery supplied for starting the engine. All wiring drops behind paneling to your requirements.
Paint: Shell finished in one cote red oxide primer. Hull coated with comastic, not base.
Lacquer: All timber is given two coats of two pack lacquer.
Ventilation: Adequate brass mushroom roof vents are fitted

Standard Interior Specification

We offer crown cut oak veneer to all sides and roof as standard.
 
Bulkheads are manufactured from oak veneer panels.
 
All woodwork finished in hard wearing two-pack lacquer. This will significantly enhance the woods natural beauty.
 
Carpets, upholstery and curtain materials all chosen to your preference.
 
Tiles, work surface and location of 12v sockets all chosen to your preference.
 
All brass exterior fittings.
 
All windows are gold anodised.
 
Excellent quality sprung mattress.
 
12v aerial with booster.

 

Paintwork 
 
Fully fitted vessels receive 5 coats of top quality marine paint.
 
One coat of primer
 
One undercoat
 
Three coats of gloss. (Two colours and coachline)
 
The hull is coated with two coats of bitumen. (Not base)
 
All walking areas are coated with non-slip materials.
