Divisions of
the
Executive Board
Executive Division
The Executive Division is in charge in
supervising the annual operation of the
association in the entire academic year, as well
as the implementation of the rules and policies
stipulated by the Constitution and By-laws. The
President and Chief Executive Officer, with the
assistance of the Executive Vice-President,
ensures that both the Administrative and Finance
Division works collaboratively especially in
implementing organizational activities and
projects. Both the President and the Executive
Vice-President serve as Chairs in the Committee
on Academics as ex-officio members.
Administrative Division
The task
of formulating strategies for the implementation
of a particular project or activity of the
organization falls under the Administrative
Division. Information dissemination, public
relations, supervision of human resources and
the actual planning, implementation and
evaluation of an organizational activities is
carried-out in the Administrative Division.
Finance
Division
The Finance Division controls the over-all
financial affairs of the organization. The
Executive Director for Finance collaborates with
both the Executive and Administrative Division
in allotting a specific budget plan for every
activities that is being implemented by the
organization. On the other hand, the
Auditor-General ensures that all the finances
are properly liquidated.
