The Next Generation is the children of Heroes Inc and those who have chosen those children as their mates. Considering just how long and convoluted the list has gotten, I'll make it simple. The first part of the list is the kids of those who were actually Heroes, Inc! listed in order of age, oldest to youngest. Below that can be found the list of people who've married into the HI legacy. The Heroes Inc people now actually have their own race, known as the Aladrissi.
