| The Genealogy of John Sargood Young and Mary Burgess Carson Young | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| John and Mary are my third great grandparents on my mother's side. John and Mary (and Mary's family) are unique to all my other ancestors because they resided for a period of time in a counties adjacent to the county where I have lived all my life. John and Mary lived in Tipton County, Indiana for approximately 10 years (1850-1861). Because of this I have been able to find several documents pertaining to them which has allowed me to follow their migration from Wayne County, Indiana to their leaving of Tipton County for Iowa. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
