You should have jeans that have a line pattern of some sort or they should at least be all one uniform tone.
I know they're still cute, but put them away until the next retro party. The new thing is a short skinny heel (looks better than it sounds) or the look of a chunky heel cut into a third. Wedges are okay, as long as they're not platform. And while I'm at it, don't wear socks with open toed or open heeled shoes - especially monkey socks. (This was never in.)
