ABOUT THE OWNERS

ALISON AND PETER MOORE

Alison's mother came from La Creuse and she still has many family ties in the Limousin area. Although Peter didn't have such strong French connections to start with, he has become a confirmed Francophile since they bought Les Genêts in the early 1990s.

Work and family commitments permitting, the Moores spend as much time as they can at their second home, and when they are not in residence they are happy to rent the property out to holidaymakers.

Alison works in the advice sector and Peter is a GP. They have two grown-up sons and live in Hertfordshire.
