After doing our big trip through Arkansas
and Missouri, Starla and I headed south to New Orleans. It was a huge city with lots of lights,
buildings and things to do. I had
never seen a city nearly as big as New Orleans so this was an experience in
itself. |

We rode cable cars from our hotel into the
city. The weather was not on our side
that day though, it started storming before we reached the riverside
plaza. So we stopped in a fancy hotel
and drank caramel frappucinno until the storm stopped. Later we went on down the riverside plaza
alongside the Mississipi River and after looking around there, tried the
french beignets. Mmmmm. |

This is a picture of the famous Bourbon
Street in New Orleans. This is where
you see a lot of bars and clubs. The
people here in New Orleans seem to like to drink a lot!
