I think we must have sat for quite a good
while watching the hillbillies telling their humorous stories and
singing. They were definitely the
highlight of Silver Dollar City for me. The picture on the left is a shot that
Starla managed to get without me knowing.

Once we were done watching the hillbillies, we continued to walk around Silver Dollar City where we noticed a show which had Cajun performers. This was my first real taste of cajun music in the U.S. Some very talented people over here, the show was good. |

Early in the evening, we continued on
through the park after taking a train ride.
We came to a 50’s show which was about a bunch of high school students
and their girlfriends with a lot of singing and acts. It was a neat show to watch but the
weather was so hot, both Starla and I were getting a bit tired after our long
day so this was the last thing that we saw at Silver Dollar City before we
left. Next stop: Springfield, Missouri.
