Pottery

 

  • Mine some clay ore
  • get a jug, fill with water at a sink or fountain
  • mix water with clay ore
  • soft clay is produced, now go to barbarian village where there is a new
    potter's wheel and pottery oven located south of the bar.
  • put soft clay on potter's wheel and either make a pie dish or pot.
    (doing this increases crafting level)
  • Use resulting pot/dish on pottery oven to get usefull item.
  • You need 3 crafting to make Pie Dish.
  • You need 7 crafting to make Bowl

Jewellery

  • How to make jewellery:

    - get mould from crafting store (Rimmington, Ali Kharad)
    - get a bar of gold
    - use bar with furnace while mould in inventory

    It will prompt you if you want to use a gem with your ring. Either you have one or not, either you can or not . . . but gems must be cut before you can use them with jewellery. Use a chisel to cut them.

    This applies to all jewellery. You can make rings, necklaces and amulets. You can add cut gems to all jewellery or just make them plain. All jewellery uses 1 gold bar at a time. There are only 3 moulds to buy, they're 5g each - ring, necklace and amulet. Each mould must be in inventory when you use gold bar on furnace.

  • How to string an Amulet:

    - Use shears with sheep to get wool. Sheep pens are located near Lumbridge furnace and just south of Varrock, near the stone circle.

    - Use wool with spinning wheel to make a ball of wool. Spinning wheels are located in the pickaxe hut in the barbarian village, in the southwest tower of Lumbridge castle, and in a house on the south side of Falador (near Wayne's Chains.)

    - Once you have an amulet and a ball of wool, use one with the other to string the amulet.

  • The crafting shop is in Rimmington and Ali Kharad, all the moulds cost 5 gp. They sell moulds in which you put gold in.
  • There is a Gem shop in Falador where you can buy/sell gems (like the ore shop - the only gems in stock are supplied by players).
  • There is The Jewellery shop is in Port Sarim where rings, necklaces, and amulets can be sold/bought (like the ore shop)
  • ANY normal mine rocks (clay, copper, iron, coal, etc.) have 1/282 chance to retrieve a gem when mining, or gems are random drops from certain monsters
  • Use Chisel on uncut gem to cut it.

 

How to Make Holly Simbol of Saradomin

  • You need Lvl 20 to mine silver. There is two Silver rock in chasm Mine, dwarven mine.
  • Smelt silver at a furnace to make silver bars. (lvl 20 smithing)
  • Retrieve a holy symbol mould, this can be purchased at any crafting store (located in Al Kharid and Rimmington).
  • Use silver bars with furnace, then choose to make Holy Symbol of Saradomin, You need 16 crafting to make it..
  • Making Each Holy Symbol gives +50 exp in crafting.
  • Take it to the monastery area to Brother jerrod who will bless stringed holly star amulet make your prayers last longer (+ 8 prayer)

 

How to enchant one amulet

  • - collect necessary runes, cast a spell and select as target amulet. you wish to enchant and that is all.
  • - once an amulet is enchanted you can't sell it to the jeweller any more
  • - ** mean it is available only on MEMBERS premium server

Tools and materials

Tools you can buy from crafting shop. There is one in Ali Kharid, near the general store and one in Rimmington.

  • Reel of Thread - You Can make 5 items using 1 reel of thread. Thread is carried like runes. Multiple reels using one space in inventory.
  • Needle - You need to have only one in inventory.

How to get leather?

  • You need cowhide. This is gotten by killing cows and it is a 100% drop.
    - Cows are located directly north of the windmill and west of the Varrock/Lumbridge road.
  • Make sure you have enough money (1gp per cow hide)
  • Go to Tanners in Al Kharid - tanner takes all cowhide in your inventory at once and makes leather for small price of 1 gold for hide.
    • Tell the Tanner, "Here's some cow hides, can I buy some leather now?"
    • The Tanner will give you your leather for the cow hides and money.

How to make Armours?

  • In inventory, right click on use leather, then left click on needle.
  • In upper left corner, in red choose if you want to make armour, gloves, or boots.

 

Glass Crafting (Members only)

  • Beer Glasses

    To make these items, you will need at least one Bucket of Sand , Glassblowingpipe and Seaweed .


    Bucket : Can be brought from any General Store.
    Sand : Can be found on Entrana, in a sand pit there.
    Glassblowing pipe : Found on Entrana, in one of the houses there.
    Seaweed : Found on Entrana ( Far south, past the mining field there) or you can catch it in a big net fishing.

    Remember: When you go to Entrana from Port Sarim , you can't take any amour or weapons.

    To Craft Glass

    Collect some Seaweed and use it on Range. This makes Sodium Carbonate.

    Then collect some sand from sandpit with bucket.

    Now go to a Furnace and use bucket of Sand on Furnace. This makes Molten Glass

    Collect a glassblowing pipe from the house.
    Use Glassblowing pipe on Molten glass in Inventory. Select what you want to make from the list. This depends on your Crafting Level.

BattleStaffs


You will require these items to make battle staffs:


  • Uncharged Orb (refer to Glass Crafting section to make these)
  • Buy a battle Staff from Staff shop in Varrock (costs 7,000 gps)
  • Runes for Charging Orbs.
  • Minimum of 56 lvl Magic
  • Minimum of 56 lvl Crafting

    Once you have made a Orb you need to charge it. This depends on your magic lvls on which type of orbs you can charge.
    To Charge a Orb, you have to take Orb with you and the runes required to a Obelisk. If you want to make Air Battle Staff, then you go to Air Obelisk. You use the charge spell on the Obelisk to charge the Orb. After you have charged your Orbs you need to craft them onto battle staffs. This depends also on your crafting level. Now you have a charge Battle staff. You can get them enchant if you wish, this costs 40,000 gps. To do this you will have to of done the scorpion catcher quest and revisit Thormac the Sorcerer.

    Locations of Obelisks

     

  • Water: You find Water Obelisk in the members dungeon , where the Black dragons(lvl 200) are, you need to go up the ladder in that room and then you find the water obelisk.
  • Earth: You find the Earth Obelisk in the Wilderness dungeon. Go past the Black demons and go right and you will see Chronozon the demon. You may have to kill him by shooting all 4 types of blast spells to be able to get to the obelisk to charge your orb!
  • Fire: This is in the member dungeon, past the Black demons which are lvl 200!
  • Air: This Obelisk is found in the Wilderness dungeon. Go pass Black demons and go left, up the ladder and you will find Air Obelisk.
