Play C64 Lasersquad as an E-Mail Game with Vice:

Ideally you need two people in the same room to play Commodor 64 LS. With the C64 VICE emulator you can also play the C64 version as an email game. Simply select a two player game and save a snapshot after your turn. Then send the snapshot file "vsf" to your oponent via email. Of course the game is not made for this so each player will have the ability to uncover where all of the enemy units are before sending their best turn, but as long as you and your oponent consider this a part of gameplay, it can be fun.
