Chapter Heraldry:
The Arch Angels have actually changed their Chapter Colors once during their long history. Originally, when first splitting off from the Ultra Marines, the Arch Angels adapted the blue armor scheme with yellow trim and highlights.

After coming into service with the Inquisition, the Arch Angels adopted a black and white color scheme somewhat similar to the famous Black Templars Chapter. Their insignia, the winged sword (See Dark Angels cross. ref: 09782) as well as squad markings, changed from yellow to red.
