Captain Damian-Personal Log (5651998 M.41 -2300 Standard Hours)

After witnessing the performance of the new eversor combat drugs and their effect upon my Brother-Marines on Adrantis 5, I'd have to say that I'm impressed. The Adeptus Mechanicus has finally found a stable and suitable chemical enhancer.

With the only side-effects being a sometimes overriding compulsion to break ranks and charge the enemy and a Horus-be-damned hangover, I feel that the benefits by far out weigh the disadvantages.

On a side note, all of the brothers who suffered the simulated "Black Rage" effect are back at their stations and remember very little of the brutality they wrought upon the enemy.

It is my opinion that, should the need ever arise where we are summoned to 'remove' the Blood Angels and their corrupted spawn, our Chapter, enhanced by these new combat drugs, will successfully and rapidly dispatch all who would turn against the Emperor.
