I am the psychic Will of the Emperor. I have been divinely chosen to represent the Emperor's Will in the Segmentum Tempestus. Though the Warp-rift known as Ultima Tormentius is in close proximity to the Realm of Avalon, my Brother-Librarians and I are ever vigilant for signs of demonic possession and rogue psykers.
