Low temperature (70 and lower) - You can get an Under Tank Heater. Another way is to turn on the room's heater. Make sure your hermit crabs don't get any drafts from anywhere, too.

High Temperature- Turn off under tank heaters. using a fan will work. Just don't aim the fan directly at the tank. Also, you can put an ice pack on top of the lid.


Low Humidity- For low humidity, you can set up a bubbling pool (Look at the bubbling pool page), or get a "climbing background" and mist it.


High Humidity- Making a fan blow at the tank will make it go down. Be careful, though, because if you let it blow at it for too long, the humidity might go down too much
