She recognizes the importance of growth in this characteristic prior to marriage so that she will be a continual blessing to her husband both spiritually and naturally. DISCERNMENT She is yielded to God and is in constant fellowship with Him. She is sharp, observant and perceptive.She is able to perceive what is going on in her life and knows how to respond in a godly manner. Because of this she is able to offer sound advice based on the word and will of God. Because she is sharp, she is able to recognize the vices of the enemy against her, her home and is able to wage effective warfare against him on her family's behalf. VIGILANCE The fervent prayers of a righteous person accomplish much.Her desire is to be all things in Christ. As she submits to God's will, He strengthens her. She is a prayer warrior, a champion and exalter of the vision God has for her and her household. EXCELLENCE She is a woman that walks humbly before God, while fighting the good fight of faith. She sets a good example for others to follow and whatever she says and does are edifying (Prov 31:25-26) She knows who she is in God. However, she is not boastful or prideful. She is a woman who is refined and constantly maturing in grace as a strong woman of God. Thus she is esteemed admirable and praiseworthy. Prov 31:26). She is strong, confident and a "Holy-Terror" to the kingdom of darkness. She sees the results of her prayers as she prays without ceasing. |

| CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT Whether one is married or single has no bearing on character development.It has nothing to do with what God wants to do in you or through you.Single Christians tend to think that their single state is somehow hindering them from being all that they could be.But, from God's perspective, this very fact is helping to grow a single person into "the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:13). A single-minded single Christian�s focus should be on character development that she may be clothed with the characteristics of Christ, before asking God to change her marital status.With all the characteristics of Christ, a Single Christian can walk victoriously with deliverance, peace, and contentment. A single minded single Christian woman is not your basic "packaged" Christian woman. She maximizes her singleness by allowing God to mature her into a virtuous woman with all the fruits of the spirit operating in her life.She knows this will make her a tremendous blessing to others. VIRTUOUS She is virtuous in word and deed. She is consistent in her obedience to God and practices the word of God. She is rooted and grounded in her Christian walk, because of her dedication to the word and living a life of prayer. She is able to endure all the wiles of the devil and is prepared to wage offensive as well as defensive warfare against him. She is merciful, understanding, responsive and kind. She is prosperous in God and because of her experiences in Him, has developed patience. She is diligent in her walk with Christ and exercises self control. She strives to operate in love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and temperance (Galatians 5:22-23). SUBMISSION She is yielded to God and committed to the will He has for her life with all diligence. The more time she spends with God, the more submissive she becomes to Him. |
