John Golden responded with a new tact: more antagonization. (Ok, not
so new.)

Seems to me that
he is interested in protecting a profit here from work he was
never asked to do. It would be a rather smarmy way of making
a living, don't you think? The situation, in fact, reminds me
of an old Yiddish expression, which translates in English: "Don't piss
on my back and tell me it's raining."
We have no desire
in compensating anyone profiteering at Kyle's expense. We don't
pay for anything as a forced sale. If Jeff is not interested
in doing what he claimed which came from his claimed desire
to help, tell me that now and I will handle it accordingly.
We are not stupid
people. I don't think that given the events of this situation
any judge or arbiter will sympathize with anyone other than Kyle.
I will expect your
response.

Well that was kinda odd, wasn't it?
