All of which you accuse me of on the
fax is both unfair, and more importantly, untruthful, and yes libelous.
It is libelous because you faxed me to an old fax number that was,
in fact, read by several people at my old, work fax number. Let's
take the charges one by one.
1. xxx-xxx-xxxx has NOT been my phone
number for quite some time. I have left my Dallas phone number
on your voice mail, but frankly, do not wish to speak with you, until
I have consulted an attorney, the firm that my wife (an attorney
herself) works for. I called this number, and it was clear that the
name "Jeff
Xxxx" is not used with it. Why you thought it was still a valid number,
I am not sure.
2. My email address (shown prominently
on the Whois section under kylemaynard.com) is [email protected]. Or, you
can respond to this email. I had one or two correspondences with a
Rusty Jones, but have not received email from anyone else.
3. I have
hindered no one. I, too, am a fan of Kyle Maynard's. Where this
accusation comes from, I am not sure. I simply have not gotten around
to posting a proper web site in his honor. I know that you are an
agent of some sort (and have researched your other endeavors); I would
not begin to GUESS one way or another, at your motives.
4. Creative
genius? I am not sure how to respond to this statement.
5. Cost
in revenue? I don't know anything about this either. Please elaborate,
if you would.
6. What I continue to do about what?
Again, I need more rational explanation as to what you are talking
about. What words have we ever spoken to one another, or, for that
matter, communicated to one another?
The rest of your fax, again,
seems to suggest that your motives are completely altruistic,
and I am the most evil person in the world. Given our lack of ANY
communicatino whatsoever, frankly, I am not sure what any of this
is talking about.
As for potential lawsuits, I will, again,
remind you that I have amassed substantial evidence of the libelous
claims that you have made against me.
Thanks, and I look forward to
a written response,
Jeff
PS. Please do not call the xxx-xxx-xxxx
again.
Simply, respond to this email.
